These terms apply to onlineb.in and the OnlineB service, operated by W3Standard Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Patna, Bihar ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
OnlineB provides websites and related software on yearly plans. Plan features and limits are listed on the Pricing page and may be improved over time.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
- You own the content you add (text, photos, logos) and confirm you have the right to publish it.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful content, or to send spam.
Payments and renewals
- Plans are billed yearly in advance. Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added on the invoice.
- After the free trial, the website keeps working once a plan is paid. If a renewal is not paid, the website may be paused after a short grace period; your data is kept so you can renew.

Domains
Domains are registered in your name where possible, and you keep owning them.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Patna, Bihar having jurisdiction.
